Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all full-price items. That means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. If the book didn’t resonate, didn’t feel right, or simply wasn’t what you expected – we’re here to make the process straightforward.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

Because our book includes tear-out missions, posters, and stickers, the return must meet the following requirements:

  • Book must still be in its original, plastic wrapping

  • No stickers used

  • No pages torn out

  • Poster must be unused and unmarked

  • No visible signs of wear, damage, or use

  • Receipt or proof of purchase included

If the book looks the same as the day it arrived, we will gladly accept it.

Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship your package.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

Exchanges

If you want a different product, the fastest method is:

  1. Return the item you have.

  2. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period, regardless of reason.

To qualify, the item must be in unused, original condition as stated above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
